Airport FAQ's

Our chauffeurs monitor all flights before they leave our location and adjust the time they leave accordingly. There are times that the chauffeur has checked the flight and everything is on time only to find out upon arriving at the airport that the plane is delayed. Our chauffeurs will wait for your flight. There is a waiting fee billed on the 1/4 hour of $15, but our chauffeurs will not leave you stranded if your flight is delayed. If you do find out your flight is going to be delayed, please call our office ASAP, anytime day or night and we will get in touch with the chauffeur to let him know the flight status.

Due to Homeland Security, our chauffeurs are not allowed to leave their vehicle for an airport pick up, so you must meet your chauffeur at the designated limo pick up areas. Our staff will monitor your flight and plan to have chauffeur’s arrive at the airport 15 minutes before the actual arrival of your flight.

Our airport service is a door-to-door service in a private limousine of your choice. We provide complimentary bottled water and a daily newspaper for your trip.

General FAQ's

If the reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the event a 50% booking fee will be charged. If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the entire fare will be charged including driver gratuity unless we are able to rebook the time. In the event of a rebooking, a 25% booking fee will be charged. Please remember, we are basing our availability to others upon our commitment to you and your event.

Standard gratuity is 20% of your total bill, about what you would pay at a restaurant. You can either pay your chauffeur cash or we can add the gratuity to your bill after the trip is completed.

Simply call our office or fill out the reservation form online to submit a request. A $50 deposit is due to reserve the date and the remaining balance due 14 days before time of service or on the day you make your reservation, which ever you chose. All personal check payments must be received 14 days prior to your event. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Limousines are rated by the number of passengers they are allowed to hold. Aroostook Limousine has super stretch limousines (up to 8 passengers). If you are booking airport transportation, please be aware of the size and amount of luggage your party has.

There is a two hour minimum rental for the 12 passenger limousine. Please call us with specific questions regarding hourly minimums. Let us tailor the limousine rental to your needs.

Your charges begin at you scheduled pickup until the final drop off of the party at their location. Additional charges may apply for pickup or drop off locations more than 30 miles from Caribou.

Prom FAQ's

Prom is a great time for everyone involved!!! To reserve a limousine for your prom you need a $50 deposit for any limousine. All balances are due 10 days prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable.

Prom season is very short and there is usually more than one school having a prom on the same weekend. As soon as you know the date of your prom you will want to reserve your limousine. Limousines for proms are historically completely booked by the middle of April but don’t hesitate to call and ask. If our limousines are already book we can add your name to the waiting list incase your date becomes available.

Wedding FAQ's

Our wedding package includes red carpet service, complimentary sparkling cider and bottled water, “Just Married” sign and a professionally trained and attired chauffeur. The chauffeur is there for you and to serve your needs, so additional stops and changes to your schedule within your rental time can be made at the last minute with no additional charge. Each limousine has a wedding day emergency kit with thread, needles, tide to go pens, elastics and more the bridal party may need on the wedding day.
