All reservations must be arranged in advanced with a completed and signed Agreement. Agreement will outline the time, place and itinerary of the rental and a non-refundable $75 deposit to secure your chosen date and time. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as cash. Personal checks can be accepted up to two weeks before your date. Payment in full is required two weeks before date of service unless other arrangements are made at the time of reservation. A receipt will be provided for each transaction.
If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before your event a 50% booking fee will be charged. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the entire fare will be charged including driver gratuity unless we are able to rebook the time. In the event of a rebooking, a 25% booking fee will be charged. Please remember, we are basing our availability to others upon our commitment to you and your event.
Conditions of Hire
A valid credit/debt card must be on file for all reservations regardless of payment method. For your safety there is no standing or sitting on any exterior portion of the vehicle. All of our limousines are smoke free. A minimum $150 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside our limousines. Lessee is responsible for damages to vehicle caused by passengers or passengers’ behavior, loss of or breakage of contents. An additional fee of $150 shall be assessed for excessive clean-up. Any downtime due to damage, repairs or cleaning caused by passengers shall be at an additional cost determined by the company. We are not responsible for any items left in our limousines. We may terminate your rental at anytime without refund for misconduct or failure to comply with any or all policies or instructions provided by your chauffeur. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol in the limousine. If any passenger is under 21 alcohol will NOT be allowed in limousine. Aroostook Limousine is not responsible for delays or termination of trips caused by unsafe road conditions in inclement weather (accidents, unplowed roads, etc.). In case of mechanical difficulties either a replacement vehicle or a full refund will be provided. Limousines have a seating capacity and will not be loaded above the seating capacity. Your acceptance of our services consents to all terms and conditions of this agreement.

- Broken glassware – $10 per glass
- Each chewing gum in carpet – $50
Any other damage will be estimated by a professional cleaning or repair service.
Certain high demand dates such as prom and New Year’s Eve require special arrangements. Please contact us for more information about a rental for your event.

15% driver gratuity will be added to the entire bill. Driver gratuity can be added to your credit card at the conclusion of your rental.
Every limousine rental comes with complimentary bottled water and red carpet service upon request. If you have any special additions you would like such as balloons, signs, etc please let us know. We would be happy to help provide these for you. There may be an additional charge for providing such items.
